Delete your account
You can delete your account and your data at any time, no justification needed. Two ways to do it: from the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have access to it.
From the app (immediate)
- Open Go Chat !
- Go to Settings → My account
- Choose Delete my account and confirm
Deletion is immediate and final. You are signed out right away, and the account can no longer be used to sign in again.
If you no longer have access to the app
Write to hello@yaohachi.com from any email address you like, with your in-game nickname and the platform you used (iOS or Android). We check that the account is really yours, then delete it within 30 days at most — in practice, within a few days.
What gets erased
Everything about you in the game:
- Your nickname, your device identifier and your notification token
- Your location and your chosen positions
- Your inventory, gear, chests, fragments, traps, Teuloo
- Your friends, active boosts, pending rewards
- Your experience and level
- Your notification history
What is kept, and why
- Your purchase records — transaction identifier and product bought. The law requires us to keep accounting records; we can't erase them on request.
- Aggregated game statistics — points and role histories, used to balance the game. They are detached from your identity: no nickname, no device identifier, nothing left that could be traced back to you.
If you change your mind
Deletion is irreversible: neither your progress, nor your items, nor your purchases can be restored. Playing again means starting from scratch with a new account.
